This is a Junmai Daiginjo Sake with floral aromas such as fresh strawberry and white peach. It goes well with sahimi and sushi. Produced by Kizakura Brewery with the premium Yamada Nishiki rice and Kyotos famous underground water Fushimizu.

This plush, velvety Nigori sake was previously a treat only available to individuals who could visit the Kunizakari Brewery. It has a calming and rustic flavor that is highly enjoyable chilled or on ice.
Suigei Tokubetsu Junmami
This Drunken Whale Sake is said to be brewed for whales that reside off of the Pacific coast of Kochi. The nose is a collection of rose, wood, and grape scents. It is very dry throughout the mouth with a strong presence of fennel and hops and this is underscored by an unripe strawberry vein. It is extremely clean in viscosity and texture and flavorful enough to drink all night!

Hailing from Kagoshima, Amami is a meticulously crafted shochu made from cane sugar harvested on the Amami islands, black koji and hard water from the coral layers. WellBalanced, Clean, FullBodied, SemiSweet Finish.

Kougin No Sasayaki is a Japanese spirit produced using Nishinohoshi barley milled to 50 and fermented at low temperature. Its delicate mellow flavor is clean and refreshing. Utilizing select seed koji and aromatic yeast, the shochu is highly complex and aromatic.
